Primary responsibilites are to do AR/AP/Payroll in Quickbooks. Microsoft Office experience is also required. Having a professional demeaner and good phone skills is required. Responsibilities include answering the phones and dealing with clients and prospects. Benefits include Health, Dental, Vacation and holidays. Experience in architecture, construction and/or real estate desired.
